Get to know our classmarkets team better

We celebrated our 10th anniversary in July 2018. We have now been on the market for over 13 years and are more than proud to be one of the market leaders in software-as-a-service providers for real estate online marketplaces. We are also growing steadily in the area of job online marketplaces. Our own vertical searches immobilo.de and jobanzeige.de are also successfully established on the market.

Strengths

Flat hierarchies

We live flat hierarchies. This keeps communication channels with colleagues and customers short. Decisions can be made quickly and there is no need for long approval chains.
Small agile teams with high expertise

classmarkets is divided into three areas. IT, online marketing including business intelligence and administration. Within these areas, each employee is assigned to a small team and can exchange ideas with their colleagues. Cross-team meetings on current topics are also held regularly.
Use of the latest technologies and programming languages

In order to respond optimally to your needs and to be able to meet all requirements, we are constantly working on improving our platforms. Furthermore, we are constantly developing new features that have added value for all customers.

Thanks to our existing expertise in the areas of software-as-a-service, performance-as-a-service and online marketing, we can react quickly to changes that occur on the market.
Continuous development of employees

Use of alternative means of transport

Over 90% of classmarketeers do not drive to work, but use public transport, bike or walk to work.

6 languages

We come from different parts of Europe / the world. Our corporate language is English. But we also speak Arabic, Bulgarian, German, French & Greek.

Coffee & tea lovers

We drink over 250 cups of coffee and tea per week. Tea is somewhat more popular with around 150 cups per week.

Monthly team events

If you can work, you can also celebrate or enjoy the good times after work together. In addition to a summer and Christmas party, we have a team event once a month.

Feel good is a must

So that we all feel comfortable, drinks and fruit are provided in the office. In the summer, of course, we don't want to be without ice cream.

classmarkets goes social

We have been collecting donations for a good cause every year for several years. So we have, among other things, the Berlin cold bus, the children's hospice Sonnenhof or the Berlin City Mission.
